The realtion of price and value seems to be very interesting with your products... and: your transparent pellet feeding pipes are also a very good ide...

Why is there so much tar at your burners mounting plate?

Are your burner-settings correct? Not too less air (low fan speed) ?

Just a tiny question: Why don´t you all use solar-collectors to produce your warm water? In my homecountry at least 30% of all houses have collectors on the roof. The state sponsors 200 EUR / m2 (max 20m2). In my opinion it´s a very expensive way heating up the pellet-panna for 30 minutes to warm up...
