Biomatik "KONTROLL SLUSSEN" Need Help

Hello

I hav a Thermia Biomatic 20 from the year 2005 , and sometimes it shuts off and i have the error message "KONTROLL SLUSSEN"
then i have to switch it off and on , and it starts again.
Does anybody know what this mean , becaus i can´t see anything whats wrong.

I can get this message when I have been lazy and has not cleaned the "combustion chamber" for a while, i.e. I have got to much ashes next to the burner so the sensor that checks if pellets is burning is covered with ashes.
But it can probably be something else that is wrong...

This could happen if the burner is in maintance mode and the ember has gone out and the flame guard didn`t indicate fire in 10 minutes. A new start activate the electric ignition and the burner starts normal.

I found an old swedish manual that says:

Step 1 Check the flame guard indication. If it indicate fire, decrease the settings.
If not check the sluss gate impeller, it maybe worned and need to be replaced.

Step 2 Check and clean the burner cup if necessary.

Step 3 Check the draught, if it`s too high you maybe need a draught regulator.

You could try to decrease the maintance mode to minimum which will activate the electric ignition earlier.
