Hi friends, after a long season in my hotel without any pelletheating-driftstop i am having some time again for the forum.

I just downloaded the actual BQ50 manual (June 07)from the swedish Ariterm site. It´s a lot better then the former version. It also includes better pictures of using and cleaning the burner. Also the ash-screw is shown - i want to make one for myself this autumn...

What i want to ask: Where can i get the Eprom with the actual firmware?
It includes the feature of an adjustable intervall for cleaning the burner bowl through the blower.

My austrian and german dealers don´t have it, resp. they are not interested in asking Ariterm for this part.

Can anyone tell me a swedish adress where i can buy this eprom?
Or has anyone a dealer-contact and is able to buy it for me and send it to austria. Of course after receiving the money from me.

I will check with my dealer tomorrow.
I just bought a upgrade for my analog bequem 15 to a 20D, and the eprom version is 0622. I have the option in my burner, but I don't know how it's working.

Hi Again Libi,
I just talked to Ariterm and got the following information:
The option "Rengöring Fläkt" means that the fan goes to 100% for 15 seconds at the specified interval, to blow away accumulated ash.

When I asked about buying the new chip I was telled that it was unnecessary because this function has always been included to run twice an hour. The new setting only lets You choose a lesser interval, something I suppos Your'e not interested in?
