a friend of me has a problem:
His extern matning screw (5m long, 1x 45° bow) -större motor-
is very loud since a few days.
The noise comes from the screw inside the matningrör. Every few seconds it turns very fast for a part of a second. It seems like it goes first very hard and then the screw relaxes very quick. And that makes that cruel noise.
What would you suggest? Tighten the screw? Or loosen the screw? Or what else?

Just wanted to let you know:
The central pipe inside the skrew unter the matning holes has moved away from it´s position ( mounting-error ). So too much pellets went through the bows and blocked the skrew (compression).
A new skrew and a correctly mounted copper pipe made the matning system go quiet and soft now!
